Using Almost Pose
Almost Pose helps you turn a reference photo into a pose guide, frame a shot and take a photo on your iPhone. The app is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These notes explain the service and do not limit mandatory consumer rights or replace Apple's license terms.
Your photos and other people
Only import, photograph or share material you have the right to use. Respect copyright, privacy and the consent of people you photograph. You keep your rights to your photos. Using the app does not transfer ownership of them to us.
Almost Pose processes photos and pose information locally. Your choice to save or share a photo creates a copy in the destination you select. You are responsible for choosing that destination and the material you share.
Guidance and safety
Pose and camera guidance is an estimate. Results depend on the reference photo, visibility, lighting, camera and available device capabilities. We do not guarantee an exact reconstruction or a particular photograph.
Use the app in a safe location, remain aware of your surroundings and only follow poses and movements that are comfortable and safe for you. It is a photography tool and does not provide medical, exercise or professional safety advice.
Privacy and support
App analytics and limited advertising measurement start automatically for new installations and can be disabled in Privacy & Support. Cross-company tracking requires Apple's system permission. These practices and your controls are explained in the Privacy Policy and inside the app. Declining tracking or disabling measurement does not prevent use of the app's core features.

Free session and subscriptions
When paid access is enabled, Almost Pose includes one free photo session. You can retake the photo before finishing. The free session is completed when you successfully save or share the photo, or choose Done. Continuing with another session then requires an active subscription. The existing result remains available to save or share. This free session is not an auto-renewing subscription trial and does not start a payment.
Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscription options, where available, show their price, billing period and included access in the app before Apple asks you to confirm a purchase. Prices and availability may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, also accessible through Privacy & Support in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Apple's terms and any applicable refund.
Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible access associated with your Apple Account. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. For help, see Apple's subscription support.
Features may change as we improve the app. Your rights under applicable consumer law and Apple's license agreement remain unaffected.
